Two subcontracts for two clients on one industrial site at 17 Shipley Drive. For the industrial developer, Keevs reshaped and regraded Lots 1 and 2, installed an 81m subsoil trench drain, classified and exported 465t of GSW and placed 2,112t of 20mm DGB pavement 200mm thick under Level 1 geotechnical supervision, including replacement of 250mm of unsuitable subgrade over 1,200m². For a precast manufacturer, Keevs is demolishing about 796m² of existing slab and constructing about 1,821m² of 200mm N32 helicopter-finished yard slab and an 80lm return wall.
