Construct-only subdivision civil works under AS4000-1997 for a private developer, with a civil consultant as superintendent, delivered from December 2025 to May 2026. The scope covered erosion and sediment control, service location, tree removal, dilapidation reporting, bulk earthworks, an internal access road to Central Coast Council SD030 standard, an asphalt driveway entrance and layback, stormwater drainage, and NBN and Telstra conduits. Subgrade, subbase and base were density tested by a NATA laboratory and released through council-witnessed proof rolls under Keevs’ ITP-02.
