Civil, earthworks and retaining wall packages for one regional builder across four sites, three of them in the Core & Cluster program. At East Maitland the scope covers 1,800m² of stripping, 980m³ of cut to fill with compaction testing under Level 1 supervision, subgrade preparation for footpaths, slabs and a vehicle crossing, and backfill to 138lm of retaining walls. At Singleton Heights it covers 1,420m² of stripping and DGB subbase beneath waffle pod slabs, carpark and footpaths. Teralba (civil and retaining walls) and Kotara (bulk excavation) complete the program.
