Civil works package for a Tier 1 builder on a Schools Infrastructure NSW upgrade delivered under GC21. The scope included ERSED controls, civil survey and set-out, demolition of concrete paths, gates, garden beds and trees, site stripping and bulk cut to fill with imported fill, seven stormwater pits with 76lm of PVC SN8 drainage, an 81lm blockwork retaining wall on detailed footings, and cartage of stripped topsoil off site as VENM.
