Civil works package for a Tier 1 builder on a Schools Infrastructure NSW upgrade delivered under GC21. The scope included preliminaries, erosion and sediment controls, survey and set-out, tree removal and demolition of fencing and footpaths, site stripping and bulk cut to fill with 122m³ of imported fill, stormwater pits and PVC SN8 drainage, footpath base, and a blockwork retaining wall on detailed footings with filter drainage and capping. Topsoil and unsuitable material left site as VENM.
