Civil works package at an operational industrial facility in Thornton, delivered from December 2025 to June 2026. Keevs built an FRP OSD first-flush tank and an FRP contaminated stormwater structure with channels and gates, 13,820m² of hardstand on 3,455t of base course with 190lm of dish drain, asphalt and concrete pavement packages, and 97lm of retaining wall. Sitewide drainage included a GPT, new pit construction, and risers and lids to 14 existing pits.
